At Barmoni, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Requirements

• The item should be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.
• You must provide proof of purchase or your order information.
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item if your return request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
